Listed as New, as it does not appear to have ever been used. The metal “tape” which binds the top and bottom of packet remains snug against the packet, so it’s assumed to have never been opened. At initial time of listing, I have four of these pouch/packet sets. You will receive a randomly-selected set for each order you place. Exact content of pouches is unknown.
