1942 Wc56, Wc57, WC58 Command Car, G502
This truck, a 1942 WC56 was initial restored back in 2008. the body had been cut off behind the driver seat. I was able to find rear body section and welded the two pieces together. this truck has a WC56 frame that i added the winch extension and bumper kit too. has period correct MU2 winch that is in great working condition. the body was completely sandblasted primed and painted. there are however dents and dings on it. the welding seam is also visible. everything on this truck was rebuilt and restored using new or new old stock parts. beachwood canvas top. the top bows are Midwest military reproduction. I sold the truck to a friend who is interested in selling it to work on another project. he has completely upgraded the whole drivetrain which i will list below. no expense was spared. these trucks are extremely rare and getting harder to find.
