1952 M43 Dodge Military Ambulance. This is the exact type of ambulance used as a “MASH” vehicle. It is in excellent condition inside and out and has some nice upgrades as well including AIR CONDITIONING and GM 250 6 cylinder engine which is more powerful. This vehicle was a “crash rescue” truck at Beale AFB in California then served with the Forestry service in the 70’s where they put in the GM 250 engines in them for more power. It has apx. 35,000 miles only and runs great. I’m a physician and I drive it every Monday to my medical clinic. I added the AC but it looks like it came like that and blows real cold. I recently put on new tires and it has an electronic MSD ignition system for more reliability and better operation. It also has a winch, siren and rotating red light on top. I have some stretchers I’ll include so you can tend to your wounded-lol.
