This is a I987 M998 with Winch; 40,300 Miles; Licensed, Titled and Tagged in Tennessee. This vehicle came from the Marine Corp sale in 2002. It was refurbished by C.S.I. in Atlanta and then sold to my friend in 2006. I purchased it from him in 2011 and have owned it since then. The vehicle has the original 6.2 with the 3-speed trans. It drives well and starts every time. It has been parked under cover since 2006. This vehicle has not been off road since it’s military days. Mostly driven around town to parades and military events. Vehicle also comes with a 1990 M-101A2 trailer. Trailer is in good shape, very little rust. New surge brake shock this year. I have used it to camp in over the years. At this posting, fuel gauge does not work correctly, and the left brake light isn’t working. All other lights work. Hopefully, it’s a grounding issue with the fuel gauge. I will continue working on both of these.
